Prices exclusive of VAT and binding bids. The starting price, reserve price and bids are exclusive of VAT. VAT on the goods, where applicable, and the platform commission are shown in the bidding window before confirmation. Each bid is a legally binding obligation to purchase the entire auction lot at the bid price; it cannot be withdrawn.

Reserve price and confirmation. If the highest bid at the close meets or exceeds the reserve price, the sale is confirmed automatically and the seller is obliged to hand over the goods. If the reserve has not been met, the seller may, within 24 hours, accept the highest bid or send a counteroffer. A bid in the final minutes automatically extends the closing time.

Accuracy of data and title. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the condition, quantity, completeness and specification of the goods correspond to the description, warrants that the goods are their property or that they are authorised to sell them, that the goods are not encumbered by third-party claims, and that the stated VAT status is correct.

Payment into the settlement account. Within 1 business day after confirmation of the sale, the buyer pays the full total amount (the price of the goods, VAT on the goods where applicable, the platform commission and VAT on it) into the MASANETO settlement account. Up to 1 000 EUR payment may be made by bank transfer or card; above 1 000 EUR only by bank transfer (SEPA to a German IBAN issued by Stripe, payee SIA "Hunter"; the deadline is extended by 5 days). Direct payment to the seller is not permitted. The seller may cancel an unpaid transaction after the deadline; it is cancelled automatically after 14 days.
