   Prices exclusive of VAT and binding bids. The starting price, reserve price and bids are exclusive of VAT. VAT on the goods, where applicable, and the platform commission are shown in the bidding window before confirmation. Each bid is a legally binding obligation to purchase the entire auction lot at the bid price; it cannot be withdrawn.

   Reserve price, no-reserve auctions and confirmation. In a reserve auction the sale is confirmed automatically if the highest bid at the close meets or exceeds the reserve price; if the reserve has not been met, the seller may, within 24 hours, accept the highest bid or send a counteroffer. A no-reserve auction (marked "No reserve") has no reserve price: the first bid may equal the starting price, and the highest bid at the close is a binding sale that the seller cannot refuse. The seller is obliged to hand over the sold goods. A bid in the final minutes automatically extends the closing time.

   Accuracy of data and title. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the condition, quantity, completeness and specification of the goods correspond to the description, warrants that the goods are their property or that they are authorised to sell them, that the goods are not encumbered by third-party claims, and that the stated VAT status is correct. If the reserve price is above the market value of the goods, or the starting price of a no-reserve auction is above the lower bound of the market value, MASANETO may withdraw the auction until the first bid.

   Payment into the settlement account. Within 1 business day after confirmation of the sale, the buyer pays the full total amount (the price of the goods, VAT on the goods where applicable, the platform commission and VAT on it) into the MASANETO settlement account. Up to 1 000 EUR payment may be made by bank transfer or card; above 1 000 EUR only by bank transfer (SEPA to a German IBAN issued by Stripe, payee SIA "Hunter"; the deadline is extended by 5 days). Direct payment to the seller is not permitted. The seller may cancel an unpaid transaction after the deadline; it is cancelled automatically after 14 days.

   Handover only after payment. The seller hands over the goods only after the platform has confirmed the payment, and marks the handover on the auction page. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer collects the goods within 10 calendar days from confirmation of the payment and inspects them at the moment of handover. Title and risk pass at the moment of handover. The seller hands over the necessary accompanying documents.

   Confirmation, objections and payout. After the handover, the buyer has 7 days to confirm receipt or to object; silence constitutes confirmation. An objection is examined by MASANETO, which decides on a refund to the buyer, a payout to the seller or a partial refund. After confirmation, the funds are released to the seller, less the settlement account fee (2 % of the price exclusive of VAT, min. 2 EUR, max. 150 EUR, plus VAT), and reach the seller's bank account usually within 1-2 business days, but not earlier than 7 days after the buyer's payment. The entire settlement is completed no later than 90 days.

   Documents. The invoice for the goods is issued by the platform in the seller's name and on the seller's behalf; the seller has 7 days to object. The buyer receives a payment receipt and a commission invoice.

   Sanctions and exclusivity. A buyer who fails to pay or unjustifiably withdraws from the transaction may be blocked and is liable for damages. During an active auction, the seller may not offer the same goods elsewhere; in the event of a breach, MASANETO may annul the auction, block the account, impose a contractual penalty of 100 EUR and claim compensation for damages.
