   Reserve price & confirmation. If the seller's reserve price is not reached, the seller has the right, within 24 hours after the auction ends, to accept or reject the highest bid or make a counter-offer. If the reserve price is reached or exceeded, the highest bid is automatically accepted and the seller is legally obliged to complete the transaction with the auction winner. If a bid is placed in the final minutes of the auction, the end time may be automatically extended to ensure fair bidding.

   Data accuracy. The seller is fully responsible for ensuring that the actual condition, quantity, completeness and specifications of the goods correspond to what is stated.

   Lawful ownership. The seller warrants that the goods are lawfully owned by the seller or that the seller is authorised to sell them, and that the goods are free of third-party claims and may be legally sold and handed over.

   Commission payment. After the auction is approved, the buyer must pay the platform commission within 1 business day in accordance with the Price List.

   Direct settlement. Settlement for the goods takes place directly between the buyer and the seller, who agree separately on payment terms and conditions. MASANETO, as an intermediary, assumes no responsibility for the execution of direct settlements.

   Collection, transfer of risk and documents. The buyer and seller independently agree on transport details and the procedure for checking the quantity and condition of the goods at handover. The winner must collect the goods within 10 calendar days after the auction ends, unless the parties agree on delivery or a different term. Ownership and the risk relating to the goods pass to the buyer at the moment of handover. At handover, the seller hands over all required accompanying documents (for example invoices, warranty documents or certificates, where applicable); if these are missing, the buyer may refuse to accept the goods.

   Legal effect and sanctions. Each bid is a legally binding confirmation of purchase. If the auction winner unjustifiably refuses to complete the transaction, the commission already paid is not refunded and the Platform is entitled to claim compensation for the resulting damages. In the event of gross or repeated breaches, the Platform may suspend or block the account in accordance with the Terms of Use (with notice and reason; amounts not in dispute are returned).

   Auction exclusivity. During an active auction, the seller is strictly prohibited from simultaneously listing, advertising or offering the same item for sale on other platforms, classified ad portals or social media groups. In the event of a breach, MASANETO is entitled to cancel the auction, block the seller's account in accordance with the Terms of Use and impose a contractual penalty of EUR 100, as well as claim compensation for the resulting damages.
