DESCRIPTION Two industrial cold roll forming lines for the production of C- and Z-type beams from galvanized steel coils. Manufacturer: Hangzhou Roll Forming Technology Co., Ltd. Both lines are installed at the production facility, are in working order, and can be viewed in operation. The line operates in a continuous automatic cycle: the coil is placed on a hydraulic uncoiler, the strip passes through a straightening and guiding system, is punched with mounting holes, then gradually roll formed at the forming stations, and finally cut hydraulically to the required length. The entire process is controlled by a PLC; the length is measured by an encoder, and the operator enters the dimensions and hole placement on a touchscreen. Such lines are the backbone of metal-frame construction: hangars, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, greenhouses, agricultural buildings, and roof structures. Different beam strengths are achieved by varying the metal thickness within the range of 1 to 3 mm, not by changing the dimensions. Maximum input sheet width: 250 mm. Regarding reprofiling. With a small investment in equipment, minor dimensional changes can be achieved. By installing different rollers, other profiles can also be produced on the lines, subject to the 250 mm input width limit. DOCUMENTATION The set includes the original operating manuals for both lines in English, 31 pages each: -Profile drawings with precise dimensions -Complete technical specifications -Operating principles and adjustments - Lubrication and maintenance instructions -PLC program user manual with screen shots -Troubleshooting list with remedies -Electrical connection diagram With the diagram and instructions, any qualified electrician or mechanic can install and service the line without involving the manufacturer. INSPECTION AND REMOVAL On-site inspection by appointment. The buyer is responsible for disassembly, loading, and transportation. Each line is more than 9 meters long, so appropriate transportation and lifting equipment must be provided. A 3-phase 400 V industrial connection is required for installation.
